Original sink supplied by HDB was removed and replaced with new sink/tap. Customized laminate wood cabinet was built over wash basin. Recess light was built over top and bottom of mirror.

HDB approved bath tub was built over shower area, glass screen by bath tub was installed .
Original bathroom floor tiles were overlay with black granite tiles.
